Disrespectful Store Owner (Northcliff / Greymont)

While waiting for our order Hannes Steyn aggressively shouted at his staff "Hurry-Up man, you not entering a colouring competition here! " I was expecting the staff member to smile but he did not dare look up. At home I realised that our order was made incorrectly and returned to the store. I asked the owner what he intended to do with the pizza, he said his staff member stuffed it up, so he has to pay for it. I thought it was unfair and suggested that he should only pay for the cost price or half the value. Hannes defiantly replied saying "Sir, this is none of your business." I asked if the owner is aware of how he treats these matters. I was told that he is the owner and he audaciously continued saying I was welcome to phone head office and that he would even give me the number. I told him that I would rather pay for the pizza. He immediately asked me for the R54, gave me my change abruptly saying "Thank a very much sir, goodnight." Another customer was also shocked at how Hannes was reacting. I couldn't believe the audacity in which he talked to me and his staff. I left the store gobsmacked and insulted by Hannes' arrogant and disrespectful attitude.
