My girlfriend and I called into the Wimpy on Malibongwe to order for collection and experienced the most shocking service we've come across in a long time. Not only was the lady taking the calls rude, and unhelpful; she INSISTED on speaking Zulu even after telling her we are not Zulu speaking. When she did English, her tone was condescending, rude and hasteful. To further make the experience worse, when we picked our order it was wrong, and for this she was unapologetic. I am not normally one to complain and buy from this Wimpy atleast twice a week but this has left a bad taste in our mouths. Please look to resolve this
