Roughly 2 weeks ago we ordered for collection from Pizza Perfect Cornwall in Elardus Park. Got their 20 minutes later, order has not even been made yet (after telling the guy we are on our way) and the order was incorrect. We left the order as is to speed up the process. We had to wait 45 minutes for our pizza with no apology from what seemed to be the owner of the shop. Arrived home and the amount of toppings was not close to what we usually get and it seemed like no cheese was put on a pizza where extra cheese was ordered. Took the Pizza's back and explained to the owner... he instructed the staff to make new pizza's without any apology for the bad quality of food or for me having to drive all the way back. When the Pizza's were done he put it on the counter and gestured to me to fetch it and then proceeded to turn his back and walk away, like I was his dog. As a regular customer from this franchise I am APPALLED that one person, that should be the leader in customer satisfaction, had such a bad attitude as this has never happened when he was absent.
