Fail to respond to feedback after 4 attempts

I wrote to [Email Removed] with a complaint about the branch @The Zone in Rosebank.
When we ordered 2 beers, we were told, sorry, we are Halal. I replied I'm not Muslim, but this restaurants owners policy was that Islamic restrictions applied.

I complained to MK head-office using the above email on the 9th May. I got a READ receipt from [Email Removed] No reply. I repeated the email 3 times, making clear I expected a response. Although I received READ receipts for all emails, the person reading them, did not reply or acknowledge them.

The basis of my complaint was that MK should not be selling its franchise to anybody who intends to enforce religious beliefs on MK diners. Beer comes in bottles, and is served by waiting staff who were not Muslim. Even the manager is not Muslim.

This branch was empty, except 1 table of two. I can see why. We ate & drank opposite this MK.
