A terrible experience. We asked for a manager 5 times as the salmon is supposed to come with a honey mustard glaze which we could not see/taste. We were told there mozzarella on the garlic bread but there was not and we specifically asked for it. Eventually we paid the bill and left and as soon as we left the building someone came out who appeared to be the manager. She was useless as had only been informed we were unhappy. Her response was I will have a word with the waiter. After this I complained to the owner who didn't call me or ask me what happened but instead wrote me an insulting rude email full of and lacked facts. He said we were charged R230 but our receipt showed R315. He is one of these people who acts all nice and friendly when you arrive but walks away when something goes wrong. I have never been so insulted in my life. Happy to send his rude email to anyone who wishes to see it. Apparently it is our fault as asking 3 staff for a manager 5 times is not enough and you must pay the bill and managers approach you in the car park and simply say "oh sorry I will have a word with the waiter what more do you want me to" We were ignored and overcharged, No refund receive
