Ordered 2 milkshakes (Banana & Chocolate) and a slice of bar-one chocolate cake on Saturday 27 July. Tasted the milkshake, initially though it was just me. then my nephew also complained (which is unusual for a teenager). I complained to the waiter who in tern spoke to the sernior manager (white lady, blonde hair). She sent the waiter back to me and said" this is how a banana milkshake should taste". No communication with me direct. Did not bother to offer a refund. Stinking attitude when my cousin complained about the stale tasting chocolate cake and was quiet sarcastic. Spoke to one of the other managers on duty and he actually said that they are used to the manager speaking to customers in that way. He even mentioned that she recently told another diner to "eat somewhere else if you don't like the food" I am outraged and disgusted at the lack of service and attitude of this manager! She should be fired. "The People's Park Cafe" name should be changed to "Sour Milkshake Cafe"
