I decided while shopping at menlyn, to grab a bite to eat. I decided on chicken licken since I was in a hurry. Ordered my chickn cheese wrap meal and started waiting. 15 minutes pass and only thing I got was my coke. In the mean time six people that came in after me got their orders. I ask the manager if he knows how long I still have to wait. His answer was, I dont know, ask the person who took your order. Asked her, only to be told, cant I see its not ready. I must just stand there and she will tell me when its done. After another 5 minutes I finally got my wrap. It turned out to be extremely oily. So much so that I told tge manager. He listened to me, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I ended up throwing it away. I have never in my life been treated so horribly and will definitely skip all chicken lickens from now on.
