On Monday 13 May 2013, I went to the Spur to get take outs We sat down to have a drink while waiting for the food I was not aware that the buy one get one burger free was only for sit down clients I also ordered a spicy beef strip meal On receiving the account I had to pay for the 2nd burger I have no problem with that but I was not informed by the waiter that this was the case when I placed the order The biggest disappointment was on arriving home to find the beef strips with no lid on the container There were exactly 6 little pieces of meat and sauce all over the place due it not being covered I am really disappointed in the quality of the food and the presentation Why was I not informed that the amount of food was not up to standard or if they ran out of lids why not informed of the fact that I must be extra careful due to the container with no lid OR even place it in a different container all together and warn the client It makes me to believe that the take away customers are not as important as the sit down ones The amount of food in the beef strip meal was not even enough to feed a 6 year old child I believe that all client should be treated equally Truly disappointed
