Me and my family decided to go for breakfast for Mother's day at Villa San Giovanni, so i booked us a table. On Friday 10 May 2013 Nela that works at Villa San Giovanni called me to confirm my booking for Mother's day 12 May and she told me that the last serving for breakfast will be at 11:00am. On their website it also says that buffet breakfast if served EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY from 8:00am-11:00am, however my uncle arrived at 10:15am to find that the breakfast had been removed as they were preparing for lunch. I went to speak to both Nela and the owner and told them that when i was called to confirm booking that i was told last serving is at 11:00 but Nela denied saying that to me and she said that on Mother's day it is until 10:15. On there website and behind the toilet doors it states very clearly that breakfast is served EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 8:00AM-11:00AM, they do not say anything about Mother's day only being until 10:15am. Bothe the owner and Nela kept arguing with us regarding this instead of rectifying the matter and organising us breakfast becasue of their mistake. They proved to us that in their business that the CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT AND THEY ARE! DISGUSTED
