WORM in my Twiste

I ordered a Hawaiin Twister from KFC Celtisdal (Centurion) and got a huge surprise when I got a WORM on the lettuce on my Twister. This is absolutely disgusting and unexaptable.
There are certain health and safety issues that should be adhered to, and Im sure the most basic is that the lettuce should at least be rinsed.
I took a picture on my phone, the quality isnt great, but you can see that it is a worm.
I reported this on the website and havent even received a response!
