Still Waiting!!!

I logged a complaint on Hello Peter a few weeks ago regarding 8ta incorrectly debiting my account and as a result I get hit with a R90 unpaid on my acc... ref 4005855. Within an hour of logging the complaint I get a call stating everything will be resolved... was rather impressed at their quick response, however I got happy too quickly. As per my instructions I wanted the R90 to be credited back into my bank account but instead they decide to take it off my next debit order (which I hope will go off correctly as 8ta can't seem to do anything right)... accepted this as I was tired of fighting with them. My concern is that in my initial complaint and all my communication with the billing dept I asked for a letter of apology which I can forward to my bank and up till now absolutely nothing!!!
8ta does wrong and guess who has to suffer? I want my letter of apology and I want it now!!!
