To Whom It May Concern,

I've placed an online bid to a property that was on Auction

My bid was rejected due to the fact that I did not supply any support for my offer

I've contacted the PIP Call Centre to obtain more detail on the property so that I can decide if I want to "UP" my offer after I spoke to Connie which must seriously go on a Customer Relation training course

They told me that I must contact Violet Phalane on 0112274768 which I could not as no one picked-up the phone

I only got hold of Violet after my 3rd attempt to the Call Centre

I've now send my 3rd email to her with the details I need response on with no luck - Although she does read my emails as I receive a Read Receipt from her

The property in question is MR054342

So if anyone feel fit to speak to Violet and get the details I've mailed her please feel free to contact me with the response I require
