I just purchased a street wise 2 and salad for my wife as a take away from the KFC branch in Ontdekkers Park, to my wife's surprise and fortunately she had ripped the chicken apart before eating it, she found that the chicken was still bleeding, that's how raw this chicken was. My wife is 7 months pregnant and raw chicken can contain salmonella, which can give you "food poisoning". Thankfully she didn't eat the raw chicken but people should be aware that had she eaten it, she could easily have become severely dehydrated thus resulting in my unborn child becoming malnourished from diarrhoea or vomiting, or she could have ended up with an extremely high fever. This is worst case scenario but it could happen, this all because of eating raw chicken. I returned the chicken and the manager, I think her name was Joyce, provided me with my money back and offered to give me a burger for free, I didn't accept it and rode down to the Macdonald's instead as I can't trust the food that comes from KFC and I would advise all clients of KFC to check there food before consuming it.
