My boyfriend and I ordered pizzas from Debonairs more than 40min ago, the policy states on the website that if the pizza is more than 40 minutes late then it is free. I have now waited 70 min and the pizza is not here. This is unacceptable. You WILL refund my money as your policy states that I will get it free. We called the Somerset West branch now and they claim that we an TRY and get our money back. You WILL give me my money back as you are in breach of contract. As I am typing this your driver got here late and "forgot" the drink we ordered as well. This is really pathetic! Now we have to drive all the way to your branch tomorrow to "TRY" and get our money back. This is really unacceptable and if I do not get my money back within 24 hours I WILL complain on every platform available. The last time I ordered from you I had an issue as well and I thought maybe it was a once off but now I see this is a regular thing and I will NEVER use your services again!!! We tried alling all 3 of your numbers now and ALL 3 ARE DEAD!!!
