Where to begin!! First everytime I say in instruction call at gate!!! Then they call me when they are at the shop and tell me to wait outside for them sometimes I even waited up to 10minutes outside!! Previous week my order was wrong they gave me someone else's order and even that order wasn't correct??!!! This morning I ordered again, the guy who delivered gave me bad attitude because he waited a few seconds, I live on the 3rd floor I can't fly!!! The same guy called me on n previous order and told me to go outside and wait for him and I shouldn't him let him wait for me??!! Not even to speak of the bad telephone manners, not a hello or where he is from, no please, no thank you, no goodbye? Is this how all the customers are treated? Oh and the dot on my order this morning as soon as he gave it to me it turned black, cold pizza so dit he turn the dot red himself then. This is very poor customer service and I hope Debonairs will give better training to delivery staff in the future as I am not impressed with this level of service at all!!
