I Did Not Enjoy The Service At Spu

Good Day (THE OWNER OF SPUR) I would like to take this opportunity to let you know of the bad service that I have received from your restaurant. On the 1st of May 2013 been a Wednesday at 5.45pm my wife and I came to have a meal but encountered some bad service. The female that have taken down my details made us wait like more then 5 mintues to ask if we wanted help after I had to speak to another staff member to get the assistance. While taking down my details she stated that we had to wait for a table to be ready then I asked her how come the upstairs section was not open she stated that it gets opened only on weekends. I then spoke to a male Manager who was wearing an orange shirt then I asked him the same question and he stated that the up stairs section was DUSTY and was under renovations. If the upstairs was DUSTY surely the dust particles will fly due to air or wind and there was not sign stating UNDER RENOVATIONS inside your restaurant, and it not so good to prepare meals for your customers when dust can fly and settle on their meals. The waiter who took my order charged me R 14.95 for B B Q sauce which I could have used the one that was on the table. Please Investigate
