Good d ay
I ordered 12 special breakfast Spur Carlton centre on the 2 May 13 after 3h30, spoke to Lindiwe and she said the store open at 8 but my orders will be ready by 8h30 i can come to collect them, today 3 May 13 I went to fetch the orders and when i got there at 8h30 they're where not ready we waited till 9am to get them, she told me it was Friday and they had lots of orders, I understand that but what is the purpose of ordering and still wait 30 for the food to be ready. Is it not a rule that the food should be shown to me in case something is wrong with the order, she told one lady to check them and just looked at me like I'm crazy as I told her that I'm going t complain to the Manager and Hellopeter. Got to the office we did not get any jam and there where two knives and two forks missing, the one order eggs had some black staff don't know if is the stove or the eggs was frot so she threw them away I gave her mine. I really did not appreciate the service I received and the fact that Lindiwe did not apologise for the error showed me she could not careless about the inconvenienced they caused me.
