Service from and a R7600 bill
1.I had to get in my car on the 5th Dec to see why no one from Spur followed up on my booking for the 6th Dec
2.The original manager Fran? ois never e-mailed me set menu's as promised
3.The venue wasn't ready on arrival booked for 7:30pm. I was told the decorations & the setting up will be ready and on the tables by 6:45pm
4.I listed the order by name and handed the order in by 6:30pm and requested that the drinks and the food order must be in name order ready by 7:30pm
5.Drinks only started arriving at 8pm and they were unorganized with no manager checking on them. I had to jump in and stand in the Kitchen at 9pm to have the final orders come out in the correct order no supervision, no management jumped in to assist this was the WORST EVENT IDEA I EVER CAME UP WITH AND REGRET GOING TO SPUR!!! Now I don't even have my points just to upset me further.
6.Food was poor!
7.Staff attendance was poor!
8.No apology was given by any staff or even a manager
9.No discount was offered
