We went to Spur with my husband last night and order Ribs and Buffalo Wings, Prawns and the Big Chief Combo for take away. We were told the order will be ready in 15minutes. We waited for our order and realised that some of the people who came after us were getting their order and we were not and thought maybe we ordered too much food. after 40minutes we went to the Lady who helped us to order and thats the only time she realised that it was not done and only then she went and did what she was supposed to have done 40minutes ealier.
We had no problem with that and waited again for another 15min. When the food came, she just gave us the food and did not appologise we thought ok I guess we are not so important. We took our food and went home. When we arrived home, the chips and onions rings were so little you could count it. The meat was still red with blood, i even took pictures of the meat to proove it. Everything was so dry. Even the ribs which we know are always so juicy was dry.
I Just want to warn people if you want to buy food at spur, rather seat and eat because their take away is terreble. We did not even finish the food we threw it in the bin.
