Took order but not delive

I work on 30 Production road off Main Reef and Steers Amalgam is right up the road. For over a month now i have been ordering there and they have been well able to deliver 2 packets of large chips which cost about R44.00 max. Today the lady that usually orders for us tells me that steers doesnt do deliveries less than R50.00 I thought its nonsense cause we always ordering but when i called and placed an order it was accepted with delivery guaranteed. I've been waiting for over an hour for a delivery that is less than 5 minutes away. If no deliveries are done for orders that are less than R50.00 a notice should be put on the deliveries menu. So now im waiting for my order not knowing if i should wait or order something else as their lines are also engaged. Unhappy loyal custome
