Irate and Disappointed by MiWay's bad service

On the 8th of January 2014, I sent a callback on the MiWay website.
on the 10th I called the call centre number (0860 64 64 64) and i held for a good 20minutes and an agent responded to my call and surprisingly he told me that I had came to the wrong department.
and he was kind enough to offer me to leave my contact details and someone will get back to me.
today, it is the 13th of January 2014, and still, I am running out of patience since I have been waiting for a call since the 8th and followed up by the message that I left on the 10th.

what is so difficult about being called back?
is this the kind of service we are supposed to be getting as clients from Miway?

This matter is of urgency to me and I would like to know if Miway can assist or can I go elsewhere to look for better responses and assistance...
I am inconvenienced by this delay.
