Better Life deducted from my bank account for a bond that was not yet approved. When I picked this up I contacted them to tell them that my bond is not yet approved and that they must please refund my monies. Their reply was for me to fill in a form and give proof of my bond that is not yet approved. How do I do that? When they deducted monies from my account did they ask for a proof for an approved bond? No they just went ahead and deducted from my bank account and I have not yet received a policy or any form of documentation for this policy, I do not even recall applying for this policy.
