Hi All

I would like to share my dissapointment with FNB as a supplier or credit provider. I was one of the people who were retrenched in 2009. I regained work and started banking with FNB again. I had a loan that I had taken with them and unfortunately lost my job while still busy with my re-payments.

I now have a check account with them and have been offered no products. I have gone to their Fourways branch, East gate branch and Fourways branch asking for solutions. I want to pay back my loan and maybe be offered a revolving loan as security. I have asked for relevant department where I can make arrangements but I keep on being put though from this person to this person. It's very difficult to do your banking without having any products to your disposal. I' even thinking of going back to capitec where I had multi-loan as an option
