Honestly speaking why have a department if no one works? i applied for the customer assist at standard from March already. is there no one works in this department? I had to sent my document 10 times before actually some response to my email and then 1 and half month later I phone them then they tell me that my documents were not uploaded by who ever received them. Seriously? and now i spoke to Lebo Motaung who says she is the line manager and she has advice the sam ething that she will escalate to who ever and they will phone me back. why does SA have to be this bad when it comes to customer service?
