Standard Bank, for Inclusive Banking ordered from my company His wedding suit last year and was a great customer and had no problems with his account and paid for his products.
A few month Later he came back as a regular customer ordering Business Suits as he works at standard bank. He paid deposit and we made him his custom-made business suits.
He never collected or paid balance as requested and promised to do so. I am trying to get hold of him for the last 6months and he never answers any email, phone call and his Standard bank office number is always on voicemail.
I tried to be reasonable and did not want to write this report as he seems like a reliable client. I have no choice to report him to standard bank who is a financial institute and I am sure it is not your company police for your employees to have Bad debt or credit and not pay personal accounts as it also reflects bad on Standard bank itself.
Hope this email reach his supervisor and he will collect and pay for his goods that he ordered for his business wardrobe as Head of his department.
