On the 24/04/2013 I spoke to a consultant called Nontobeko from authorization to reverse a debit she did not do it even thou she got a letter from the merchant however when i spoke to a consultant named Lethabo she managed to do it with in 5 minutes which Nontobeko could not do. Now I am being charged R138. for a cellphone insurance that if Nontobeko could have done her job on that day. I would not have been charged that because the would be sufficient funds for my cellphone insurance debit.
When i called to rectify this, I was sent to different departments whereby I had to hold for more than 30 minutes on one call. One lady by the name of Venessie she was talking with someone while I am talking to her then told me she can not help. I then called again I spoke to Thando who at least log a query with ref13042948741. then I spoke to Mfaniseni who call me Bushman... FNB how can you help to resolve this R138 that I'm charged???
