This is my second bad report about B-Sure Africa brokers in two months. Two months in which I have been battling to get information and proper feedback.
I have been waiting since 16 April for the recorded conversation between myself and Matthew Bowe. I have followed up via email numerous times in the last week. I would like to listen to this recording to determine whether or not I am in the right to fight with B-Sure about the useless cover they got me (with Anderson, who is, by the way, the WORST insurance option out there!). I am convinced that I was very clear in what I wanted (to be put back in the position I was, should anything happen to my vehicle). Until B-Sure can prove that I asked for an insurer who will not cover me properly, I will not stop complaining and posting negative feedback.
Next step is the ombudsman. I'll also toss some radio 702 and Die Beeld - Tot U Diens, in the mix. I am so tired of having to call and email and complain, and complain some more, while B-Sure just keep dragging their feet.
