Their backs are broken, cannot bend over backwards

I have been trying since 12/06/13 to REACTIVATE my comprehensive cover on my vehicle. i have spoken to 5 different people and still have no cover on my car. in a period of 4 hours on 12/06/13 i received 2 different quotes, 1 from Donovan and 1 from Chris. same day, different quotes. i asked Donovan why the quote is so little, he replied saying he just re-activated the comprehensive cover that i had prior to this. Chris tells me he will call me back within 3 to 4 hours as he needs to get the voice recording... I'm still waiting for that call. 13/06/13 i called again and received 2 quotes from another 2 people, 1 of which is Stanley, the retentions officer WHO I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM. Emlyn sent me an email 13/06/13 with a quote, i have been emailing him ever since and getting no response. i had to email him my original policy 14/06 so that he can get it right for once and still no feedback except that my premiums will be ### and when asking what my excess are and if i can cover my tools in the boot, suddenly he is illiterate to respond to mails...
Great service i have received from Outsurance, the company that does not bend over backwards for anyone.
