POOR SERVICE

I left FNB at the end of March. FNB confirm they sent my documentation to Momentum on the 17/4/2013. Nothing happened until I phoned it on the 25/4/2013 where it was found that my document was still at scanning. I phone now and was told by Idlett that they only received my documents on the 25/4/2013 which was a lie! and that it will take another 3 weeks to process. This is poor service and I was assured that this whole process would take 5-6 weeks from the time I left. We are already in the 5th week and nothing has happened. I would like a formal response
