Sometime ago. i have my old geyser replaced with a new geyser through ABSA insurance and i had to pay in R500 in cash to the company that came to replace my old geyser.
Net even 5 years later, its started leaking heavily. I inform ABSA and the help desk lady informed me that their contract service department will come and have a look. When they arrived i asked them to tell me in detail what was wrong, my questions fell of deaf ears and said i should pay first R500 and they will come and install the new geyser. I was astounded...!!!.What..another R500...?
I inform ABSA and their helpdesk informed me they will follow up and come back... Nearly 8 months later and still no answer...
