Tablet Nightmare

I can't seem to get hold of the customer services department. I had applied for a tablet a month ago. I need the Customer services to contact me to review my tablet application.
I had already called 2 departments 087 575 9404 (Where a lady hung up because the system could not recognise my profile) and 0860 327 827 where I was kept on hold for 20 minutes.

Please FNB . How can you help me?
