It was 3 weeks ago when I loddged in a complain with Hello peter for a claim made to Santu. A simple bumper, and light in front of a Toyota Etios is taking more than a month to repair. Today, my Aunt received a threatening call from Avis saying that she will pay the remaining days of car hire if she does not return the car. She paid R12000 cash of excess at a panelbeaters, and today they want her to return the car? Is this the service my Aunt gets after chosing this Santum as an Insurance? Some companies deserves to close. No one is making any follow ups and it irritates the out me!
