I had been trying to resolve a problem in connection with my Tracker SA account that was in arrears. This account should have been seen to and paid by my Woolworths Insurance. After weeks backwards and forwards to try and explain to the numerous operators that I'm not responsible for this account, I reached a lady by the name of Vaughneen who took it upon herself to help solve my dilema. She gave me feedback through out and had the problem sorted out within days!
I would like to thank her for her help and going the extra mile to stop what was becoming harrasing phone calls, sms's and e-mails from Tracker SA and MSC... threatning me with legal action!
