My account was paid up in full at Woolworths in Oct/Nov 2010.
I keep on getting sms's from BDM Attorneys for payment. They are harassing me to the extend were I have laid complaints with the Consumer Council.
Last year June, Woolworths FS forwarded me a letter confirming that this was paid in full in 2010 which I forwarded to MBD.
Their harassment did not stop. I have made numerous calls, send mails but to no avail. Their staff is arrogant and says it is not their problem.
On Saturday, I received a call that a Section 21 Summons is being raised against me. This is unacceptable.
I am keeping Woolworths liable for this gross violation of rights and intend either seaking legal advice or laying a charge of harassment against MBD.
