Was told 3 days still waiting

I sent my claim off to absa for my retirment fund to be paid out in a lum sum a consoltant gave me a call and told me 3 days and it will be paid out,
it has now been 4 days and i am still waiting for my money i have been asking for days now as i am in need of that money could some one please tell me the truth as to what is happening with my money.
