On the 2nd of February I went to the FNB ATM at Princess Crossing to draw R1400-00. The ATM switched off just before my money was released. I phoned the Credit Card division while standing there to stop my Credit Card. On Monday morning I went in to the Horizon View Absa branch and they advised me the money was taken off my account. I filled forms in so that the money can be refunded. They told me it should not take more than 21 days. I have phoned four times already and they keep giving me the same answer. I seriously nee this money, I do not have thousands lying around that I do not miss the money. I NEED IT. When will it be paid back?
