Good Morning
I would like to mention that I sent all documentation to Sihle Masilela on the 20/12/2012 as she requested me to do so (via email)
She then called me in January asking if I have done so, I was asked to forward it again to her and to a colleague (this was done on the 14th January 2013).
She again phone me the following day saying she still did not receive it and asked me to fax it, I told her I am unemployed and don't have access to a printer or fax machine.
I then asked a friend of mine to send the documents via email which he did so for me and he got a delivery report on his computer that the documents were delivered and received.
I then tried calling Sihle on the contact number she gave (011) 564-7259 and it rang for awhile then the operator said the ext 0000 is invalid and phone went off.
I tried this number already 5 times and no luck.
How am I suppose to get this sorted, and if I have no money in the bank account in time for the debit order then what???
