Bad service regarding bond application

I applied for a second bond but was rejected, on trying to find out why and reasons Mr Mills could not get any information from Sello. As the bank promises to listen and help as per their advert and display message in front of the Bank, I have still not had any feed back even visiting the bank on a number of occasions. The bank statement promises to make dreams come true but it has been a nightmare. I have never been blacklisted or ever defaulted on a bond or HP. My assists far out way what I applied for.
I have tried other avenues in the FNB which is my back for assistance but to no avail. FNB just don't care.
