No feedback about costs for repairing phone

After my claim for repairs on my cellphone was approved, I got told that I had to pay R800 for the claim to be finalized. When I queried this amount, I was told that I had to pay the full replacement value of the phone and that if the phone can be repaired, that I will be reimbursed this money. So it happened that my phone was indeed repaired and when I queried about the money difference being paid back to me, I just got told that they are working on it and will forward me the invoice. It is 2 months later and I am still waiting. During that time, I have sent numerous emails to Thabiso and also to Emmanuel and have received no feedback and no money paid back to me. I am positive that the amount to fix my phone was not R8000, which the R800 (10%) I had to pay would imply, seeing that you only need to pay 10% of the claim amount. I also have written correspondence from Thabiso and Emmanuel that I would be reimbursed the money if the phone could be fixed and if it was not necessary to replace it.
