Appalling customer service

I called MFC Nedbank to get amounts due on my vehicle finance and was met by the most rude person by the name of Bronwyn. she first told me that the person who I'd last spoken to was not at work. I then told her that I just got off the phone with the person (Mbali) without even saying anything to she puts her phone through to a certain Sali Ncube.

Sali gave me the information I needed, however, when I mentioned my concerns about Bronwyn and that I would not leave it laying down, she asks me with a rather arrogant tone, "is that a threat Mpho? "

I'm a client Liaison Officer in a Telecoms company and this was the most appalling service I have received. A very bad way to start off a Monday morning. I wish to settle my account with my creditors and will be sure to never have any interaction with them if they employ such people. SAD INDEED.
