MFC a Division of Nedbank, you will notice wrote PERSON RESPONSIBLE "NOBODY" as there really is no responsible person at MFC or Nedbank, you can email them, contact them and you will never get further than the call centre and speak to someone who has no idea what you are actually referring to.
November 2011 we got a COURT ORDER from a debt review company Consumer Assist stating that I still owe R153, 987 on my vehicle. MFC merged with Nedbank and so they decided to add another R91, 380.96 of interest to my account, now my outstanding balance is R241, 576.74!! From 153 to 241!! These institutes have no intention of adhering to court orders and no conscience in adding huge amounts of additional interest to your account.
Be very-very careful to finance anything with MFC or Nedbank. I'm so glad I closed THREE 3 accounts I HAD with Nedbank, one of the banks I will never set my foot into again, I wont even buy a car in the future if I know it is being financed by MFC or Nedbank!!!
