On the 10th of april i claimed for my s3 device that i took online with fnb connect. i have been told that the courier will be send to pick up the phone for assessment n repairs. to date almost 3 weeks later no one has contacted me or said anythig. every second day i called to check how far the claim is n it doesnt look like theres anything on my profile. EVERY new person i speak to starts the process from scratch n have to start again with the whole story. n on the 15th after i claimed they still have the nerve to deduct the insurance premium! for what!?
