Payments do not reflect on Statement V A Kleynhans

Please investigate
Account for last 12 years paying by EFT since then to the same Absa Account
Last month my payment for R8000 did not reflect on my Account after few emails they corrected their problem
On the 4th of April I have payed in R30000 on my Credit Card. After a few phone calls to Absa it is still not credited.
1) I want my interest to be payed back to me since 4th April 2013!!!
2) Want my Account to be credited today!!!
3) Want to close my Account as today!!!
