Please help me to solve this problem, I am desperate!! because I can not pay any of my Debts after my Husband died on 9 December 2012.
Since he died I am trying Liberty Corporate Scheme to pay out my husbands Policy, (which is 4 months already) and I am the only Beneficiary.
They keep on requesting some or other forms every few weeks.
First they want a afidavet from all 4 childern:
Ethresia Kleynhans 38 years
Nerine Kleynhans (Venter) 31 Year as they are is own children!
Above Kleynhans children is his own and did send in the neccesary required.
Now again they want afidavets from my OWN to children.

They are my children from a previous marraige and got NOTHING to do with my late husband.
(This was explained to them previously!!)
They have all the Documents required.
I really feel this is bad service from Liberty and extremely unfair to me.
Please can you investigate and help me to finalise the problem
