This is the third time I have received shocking service from FNB, I am actually so disgusted, I feel like taking all my banking to another bank, the first time was with Vehicle finance where I had to provide a landline to make an application, they refused to even do an application without a landline! I mean seriously!!! Who still has landlines at home!!!??? The second was a budget transfer, where they insisted that if I want to pay more into my budget than the instalment, I have to notify FNB every time I want to do this, seriously if I want to pay off debt faster why should I have to notify my bank every time I do it, and now it's a technicality with slow lounge access, where I spend over R26000 on my cheque and credit card every month, FNB might be seeing my back soon because of R250.00! SO FED UP!!!
