We are struggling to get a bond for our 2nd property and we had trouble with all the banks and lots of excuses and no results later nor answers, I can honestly say even though bond is not approved as yet- this lady has gone the extra mile for us. Friendly, honest and helpful.Us as individuals and our specific situation has been taken into consideration and for her we are not just numbers or a credit rating coming from a machine.
