On my Debit card

I reported on my account a month back... it is now end of the april, i haven't received feedback or my money back cause i was even debited twice by the bank... I'm getting really annoyed and irritated by standard bank right now. I don't know if they have my interest in heart as they they been my bank for over 10 years. I will like to get get feedback about my case and get money back too... This is totally unacceptable... I'm a very angry customer!!! and i don't wanna do decisions based on anger...
