I am not even a member of FNB and last night R79.99 was debted from my account and capitec told me to contact fnb. so i called you, and your agent refused to assist me and when i asked her to call me back she refused and left me on hold until all my airtime died.
fnb had no reason to debt me under the FIN1 as it appears on my statement so in essence i will also report this service to the credit ombadsman aswell.
this in my eyes is an i will be reporting this.
worst customer service ever especailly for someone who doesnt even bank with you.
