I've used Oojah twice before for international travel. I sent 2 questions via email yesterday and the first response I got was a one liner answering only 1 question and signed off just "kind regards" no name. I resent the query asking about the 2nd point and received another 1 liner, not even addressed to me or signed off. This line only: "We also do not provide cover within the borders of South Africa"
Is that really acceptable correspondence from a corporate company? I'm quite shocked at how unprofessional both responses were.
