Aon representative, Faseela promoted the Aon brand as only dealing with "high net worth" clients and obviously once we signed our insurance cover with Aon, we expected nothing less than impeccable service.
Due to clause 5, Aon has cancelled our cover and disappointingly only a "one liner" was sent from Aon rep, Faseela. There was no follow up wrt this and even then when we had a claim. What's worse is that Faseela repeatedly addressed me in emails in my husband's name not me? Only after expressing my disappointment, did I receive an "apology".
The Aon brand under Santam, has completely inconvenienced us overall and we have had a pathetic experience overall. It seems that when we sign our insurance cover and the premiums are paid every month, then the "relationship" ceases to exist.
